Return & Refund Policy

Windy & Wallflower WILL NOT accept returns in any capacity.

We can do refunds/replacements under certain conditions.

If your order does not arrive to you in the period it should have arrived, please contact us and we can arrange either re-sending or refunding. This ONLY applies to orders that have tracking. This is the only way we can confirm if the shipment was improperly delivered or not. If your package has no tracking and does not arrive, we cannot refund/re-ship.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, with photo proof. If your order is damaged enough, we can arrange either re-sending or refunding. If you do not contact us in this time, or do not send photo proof, we will not resend/refund. Minor scuffs and scratches on our pins and books do not count as damaged.

If we made an error with your order, such as the incorrect product, please contact us and we will fix it ASAP.

If the package does not arrive due to an error in the shipping address, if the error is on our part we can resend. If the error with the address is from the customer, please note that we will ask the customer to repurchase the item with the correct address.

We also cannot do returns or refunds on any digital products. Any sale on a digital product is final.
