Currency

We do not accept PayPal at this time.

The default currency is set to CAD, however you can toggle through USD and EURO to preview those prices. When selecting a Pay What You Want item, the amount you put in will be charged in CAD (ie: if you type in 5, it will charge $5 CAD.)

Shipping

If you selected a tracked shipping option during checkout, yes. If not, no. Shipping options are usually marked whether they have tracking or not. Tracking numbers will be included in the email notifying when the item has been shipped.

The free shipping option does not have tracking, as we send it through regular letter mail.

Typically we ship out orders once a week, though we don’t have a set day. We take every order ourselves to the post office, and we are only two people. If there is any circumstances that make this harder, ie: weather, it may be delayed, but we will try to ship it out ASAP.

We will include the estimated shipping time in the description of the product. If this ends up changing at all, we will contact you to let you know. Please note: if you are not in Canada and have a preordered item to your order, we will not ship out all the items in your order until we can also send the preordered item (basically, it all won’t ship out until the estimated time). For most Canadian orders, we can ship it separately.

We do all our shipments through Canada Post.

All of our orders are shipped from Canada, so typically you can expect: Canadians: Between 3-7 days. Americans: Between 7-14 days. Everywhere else: Between 2-3 weeks. Our shipping options at checkout will also give an estimated time depending on what service you choose. However, we always ask for a couple weeks leeway to allow the post some time in case they are backed up.

Products

Generally, no. We have a minimum order quantity for most products, so it’s not feasible for us to create just one

All books that we’ve made will be signed! If you want it to be specifically signed to someone, please let us know in the order notes.

We recommend washing the blankets on a delicate/gentle cycle in a machine. To dry, either hang-dry or no-heat delicate dry.

If you ordered a physical item with your PDF, you will only receive the download link once we have shipped the item.
If you did not order a physical item and you still didn’t get the download link, or the link is faulty, please contact us and we will get it sorted!

All of our prices are listed as they are on the site. If there there is no deal visible for multiple items, then no. (Generally, the only bundle deals we have are on large sets of pins).

On items out of stock you can sign up on their page to get an email notification when it’s back in stock. Keep in mind that some products will not be restocked when they run out. You can also check out our Twitter or follow our Newsletter where we usually announce restocks.

Most of our pins have rubber backings, but we often include a bag of extra butterfly clasps, in case you’d like to swap them. Rubber backings are good for display, and prevent the pin from being scratched during transport. We do recommend the butterfly clasps however if you plan to wear the pins as it holds it more secure.

If it’s an older version of something, then it’s not likely. Products that are out of print may have a chance of coming back, but it is usually very low priority.

Maybe. We don’t often take customer requests, as these pins have to be designed for our liking and to sell. However, if enough people ask for the same thing, we will definitely consider it.
